Placing an order confirms your acceptance of our refund and return policies (applicable to the U.S.).
A. 14-Day Return Policy
- 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Note: Manufacturer-direct items are final sale (no returns).
B. How to Return
- Start returns by emailing support@homerclothing.com.
- We’ll provide a return label and instructions; unrequested returns are not accepted.
C. Damaged/Wrong Items
- Check your order immediately upon receipt. Report defects, damage, or incorrect items right away for assistance.
D. Exchanges
- Exchanges allowed only for damaged, incorrect, defective items, or wrong sizes.
- Contact us via email/phone to arrange an exchange.
E. No Restocking Fees
- No fees charged for returning items.
F. Refund Process
- We’ll confirm receipt and inspection of returns. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times vary by bank/credit card company.
G. Unused Discounts
- Discounts not applied at checkout cannot be refunded later. Apply promotions during purchase.
